Stefan Uygur
With deep knowledge of the IT security landscape (including a PhD), Stefan’s experience of data centres and backend infrastructures at global companies such as Amaya Inc (gaming), Sun Microsystems, Oracle, and AWS set him on the path to co-founding 4Securitas. He also founded Hacklab Italy and co-founded BackBox.org (today the second largest pen testing Linux distribution in the world) and Muscope. An experienced team builder, Stefan has a talent for recruiting and training.
Donal Kerr
An attorney at law (New York State), Donal has extensive business and legal experience. Before co-founding 4Securitas, he worked in Trust & Safety and legal at Twitter EMEA, as well as leadership roles in the financial services sector (Citi, BNY Mellon, and Royal Bank of Canada). Donal’s focus today is directed towards people management, building teams, and recruiting. He is a member of the Boston College Strengthening Cybersecurity Program.

Claudio Proietti
A self-professed geek, Claudio has two decades of experience in IT and has clocked up a wide range of hardware and software certifications (including the highest possible CompTIA certificate, Security Infrastructure Expert CSIE). Having honed his skills in Italy and abroad, Claudio worked at Nestlé prior to joining the team. He is putting his passion for cybersecurity and innovation into developing the customer experience at 4Securitas.
Claudio’s motto is “You may fail but at least try…”
Francesco Bottino
Having honed his accounting skills at a Big Four firm (PwC), Francesco has enjoyed a broad and varied career in finance, working in senior roles at companies such as Corcym (healthcare), Primo Group (retail and manufacturing), FMC Corporation (food), Eli Lilly and Company (pharmaceutical), and BGR Tax and Legal. He has been a member of the Ordine dei Dottori Commercialisti (Turin) and the Revisori dei Conti at Italy’s Ministry of Economy and Finance.
Francesco’s motto is “Live to follow your inspirations!”
Andrea Ceresoni
Andrea is a technology enthusiast with 20 years’ hands-on experience in cybersecurity, operating systems, and cloud architectures. Before joining 4Securitas, Andrea worked for major Italian telecom companies Fastweb and TIM, Amazon Ireland, and US tech startup FieldAware. Andrea’s international experience also includes roles in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), working from Rome, Milan, Paris, Berlin, and Dublin.
Andrea’s motto is “Fixing stuff that wasn’t broken”
Domenico Chirabino
Domenico is a senior full stack software developer with over 15 years experience working on large complex projects in a number of Italian government departments. Domenico has vast IT security expertise and has worked in 4Securitas since our foundation. Domenico’s technical rigor and expertise have been fundamental in shaping 4Securitas’ mission and philosophy.
Domenico’s motto is “Let’s get stuff done”
Marco Leoni
Marco has been working in the IT industry since 1998; he is a great lover of software development and technology in general. Today, he is a senior developer in various programming languages, a technical architect, and a team leader. He loves working in environments with complex and distributed architectures, business intelligence, mentoring, and tutoring. Marco’s work always focuses on finding the right balance between applying best practices and achieving business objectives.
Marco’s motto is “Always looking ahead”
Carlo Nasi
Carlo is a highly experienced senior manager with deep knowledge of international business operations and commercial strategies. Spanning four decades, his career has sent him across Europe, the Americas, and Asia, working at companies in the entertainment, media, and advertising industries. It should come as no surprise that Carlo’s professional network is as rich and extensive as his track record.
Carlo’s motto is “What is important is how much you understand, not what you know”
Claudio Leonardi
Claudio brings over 40 years’ experience in the IT industry to his role as Country Manager for Italy. Before joining the team, he spent two decades as Head of Information Technology at Juventus Football Club, where he designed and implemented large-scale IT projects. Claudio was a key member of the team that delivered the Allianz Stadium, Juventus Headquarters, Juventus Training Center, J|Medical, and J|Hotel.

David O’Connell
David O’Connell is a sales professional with over 20 years’ experience. He has spent the past decade working in the cybersecurity space, at companies such as Trellix and McAfee, and led high-achieving sales teams for years. David enjoys working in pressurised environments and is passionate about leading and empowering people.
David’s motto is “Great things are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people”
Daniela Chirabino
Daniela has been in charge of our communications since day one. With almost 15 years of experience in PR & Communication, Daniela has been in charge of communication and external relations of 4Securitas from the beginning. In her career, she has worked for brands in the tourism sector such as eDreams and Vueling, and others active in the field of web reputation, data analysis, and the right to be forgotten. Passionate about teaching and sharing knowledge, for some years she has been a Contract Professor at the University of Milan-Bicocca. During her free time, Daniela enjoys doing yoga, walking with her dog, and studying to become a Counselor.

Raffaele
Di Rauso
With more than 15 years’ experience across multiple marketing areas and industries, Raffaele recently joined the 4Securitas team to beef up the marketing activities in the online and offline domains. Having worked in traditional and offline marketing in his first years, Raffaele learnt the ins and outs of direct marketing first. And gained experience in online/digital later, having embraced progress to the fullest. Passionate about all-things marketing and digital and, especially, people-centric thinking, Raffaele spent his career working in IT, Financial Services and Solar Tech, leading teams at regional and global levels. HIS MOTTO IS
