Head of Marketing

4Securitas is an innovative cybersecurity firm founded in Dublin in 2017 and focused on protecting critical data at the core of every organisation. We have developed and commercialised our own cybersecurity product called ACSIA XDR Plus (Automated Cyber Security Interactive Application) which is highly innovative in terms of features, capabilities and position in the market.

Senior Partner Manager EMEA

4Securitas is an innovative cybersecurity firm founded in Dublin in 2017 and focused on protecting critical data at the core of every organisation. We have developed and commercialised our own cybersecurity product called ACSIA XDR Plus (Automated Cyber Security Interactive Application) which is highly innovative in terms of features, capabilities and position in the market.

We are now actively looking to expand our team and are looking to recruit a Senior Partner Manager to help us penetrate markets across Europe.

About the role

Location: Any European Country

As a partner-centric company, we are targeting 80% of all sales will go through our partners, so this is a senior management position within the company. Launched in 2021, we currently offer six partnership programs, five of which are now fully operational in Italy and Turkey and being actively developed elsewhere. The Senior Partner Manager will be responsible for further developing and expanding our channel network, with a focus on specialist Security Partners and Distributors across Europe.  

The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales and Marketing functions to enter new markets with ACSIA, building ‘lighthouse accounts’ and new partners in each jurisdiction. Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent German, Spanish or Italian language skills. 

Key characteristics would be a self-motivated, highly organised and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills, preferably with some technical background and a knowledge of cyber security. This position can be based anywhere in Europe that has good transport and communications links, as it will involve travelling (post Covid) and working from home, with occasional out-of-hours work.

The successful candidate should have experience in partner management in the cloud or security industry, working with consulting (Systems Integrators, Services firms, Development Agencies) and/or technology (software companies, ISVs, cloud companies, infrastructure companies) partnerships. 

This is both a partner relationship and a revenue-generating role, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships and working closely with the regional sales teams.  You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with executives and sales teams in partner organisations to secure new business, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships in support of accelerating 4Securitas business across the region with Global and Regional Systems Integrators, Consulting/Development Agencies, Software Providers/ISV’s and industry platforms. 

Your Role will involve:

  • Develop, Manage and Operate the 4Securitas partner strategy in the region, aligning with 4Securitas regional business and global partner strategies.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with partners, optimise partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploy a joint sales approach with 4Securitas top partners and 4Securitas sales and pre-sales teams in the region.
  • Co-ordinate with internal 4Securitas personnel to onboard and train partners.
  • Using CRM and PRM tools at your disposal to improve marketing and sales teams on the execution of partner programs, events, sales engagement etc…
  • Serve as an advocate for the region’s partners, identifying and promoting areas for growth through our partners.
  • Finalise operational and contracting details with prospective partners through collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Report out on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of managing partnerships and for high-tech organisations or a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Multilingual, fluent English written and verbal as well as one other major European language (preferably German, Spanish or Italian)
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
  • Referenceable track record of developing and growing partnerships 
  • Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of industry trends and the key players in the competitive landscape
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, highly organised and logical thinker with analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and influencing results

Cloud/DevOps Engineer

We are looking for a Cloud Engineer/DevOps Engineer to join our growing Support Team at 4Securitas. This innovative team will support our rapid growth and expansion in the EMEA region.

We are looking for an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer to assist our development team with resolving their technical problems, building the internal pipelines and also help grow and scale the team through the leverage of AWS, including the creation of technical tools and software.

Required skills

  • Develop and manage our cloud infrastructure
  • Automation and Infrastructure as Code
  • Deploy & optimize cloud-native applications in the AWS Cloud
  • Define standards, guidelines and procedures for development teams to interact with our cloud infrastructure
  • Develop, and improve our CI/CD pipelines
  • Support and enable development teams to increase the productivity 
  • Help design procedures and processes in your area of responsibility. 
  • Develop and maintain Acsia on major public cloud marketplace (AWS, AZURE, GCP) 

For reference, our technology stack includes 

  • Deep knowledge of Linux Operating Systems
  • Working knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless, Docker)
  • Experience with at least one of the primary cloud providers (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)
  • Knowledge of cloud and containers security
  • Excellent knowledge of Ansible, terraform and cloud formation. 
  • Some experience in a high-level language, preferably Golang/Python/Java and/or Bash scripting

Senior Support Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Support Engineer to join our growing Support Team at 4Securitas. This innovative team will support our rapid growth and expansion in the EMEA region.

We are looking for an experienced Support Engineer to assist our existing clients with resolving their technical problems using ACSIA. We also help grow and scale the team by resolving cases, creating technical content and building our internal tooling. 

As Senior Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving customer technical queries (Tier 2 and Tier 3), recommending technical solutions, creating technical content, and creating software to automate and speed up our ticket’s resolution. 

Being the face of 4Securitas Technical Support to our customers is key to establishing a long-term relationship with our existing customers, enabling them to benefit from ACSIA and assisting them in their day-to-day work efficiencies.

  • Utilize support tools and resources necessary to solve the customer issue
  • Handle incoming technical queries from various support channels as well as escalations from other members of the organization
  • Troubleshoot customer inquiries, including but not limited to API integrations, systems issues, network and security-related impediments, 3rd party integrations, and multi-product workflows
  • Resolve product or service problems by exploring the client’s request, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, 
  • Build strong relationships with other team members within Support and the wider company acting as the voice of the customer
  • Work closely with the other teams’ members to resolve customer queries as a team, and support renewals and expansion opportunities
  • Uses broad technical product expertise to help customers increase adoption
  • Review incoming technical queries from various support channels as well as escalations from other members of the 4Securitas organization to determine the gaps in ACSIA content
  • Document solutions to customer inquiries, including but not limited to API integrations, systems issues, network and security-related impediments, 3rd party integrations, and multi-product workflows
  • Proactively identify improvements to the product, identify bugs and otherwise determine high-impact opportunities to enhance the customer experience

For reference, our technology stack includes

  • Experience in a technical support role with a software development company across various channels (preferably a cyber security one)
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, excellent organizational skills, and superior time management skills
  • Superb documentation, customer service, and communication skills
  • Experience with owning and successfully resolving customer escalations
  • A proven track record of customer empathy, urgency, and technical competency
  • Experience with APIs, interpreting API documentation and SDKs
  • Experience with Linux
  • Some experience with Windows and Mac
  • Some experience in a high-level language, preferably Golang/Python/Java and/or Bash scripting

  • Experience troubleshooting in a web-based environment including HTTP, JSON, HTML

  • The knowledge of other cloud providers is preferred (like Azure and GCP)
  • An understanding of the computer networking principles (Firewalls, Network Protocols, Subnetting) is required
  • Experience with Zendesk is preferable
  • Excellent communication of written and spoken English and at least a B2 level of Italian

Senior Pre-Sales Engineer

4Securitas is an innovative cybersecurity firm founded in Dublin in 2017 and focused on protecting critical data at the core of every organisation. We have developed and commercialised our own cybersecurity product called ACSIA XDR Plus (Automated Cyber Security Interactive Application) which is highly innovative in terms of features, capabilities and position in the market.

We are actively looking to expand our Partner and Client eco-system in multiple geographies primarily in Europe. 

About the role

Location: Any EU Country

Reporting into the Sales Director, the pre-sales engineer works closely with the Sales and Partner teams to deploy and demonstrate the ACSIA product to prospective partners and customers across the EU. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent communication skills and be able to explain technical and business concepts while building good customer relationships. Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent German, Spanish or Italian language skills.

Key characteristics would be a self-motivated and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills, with a strong cyber security background and technical troubleshooting skills. Cloud technical knowledge would be a key advantage. This role will involve travelling (post Covid) and occasional out-of-hours work may be required. 

Job description/responsibilities

  • Support Sales personnel to deliver presentations and product demonstrations of ACSIA to new Partners and Clients, answering technical queries and correctly positioning ACSIA in the market. 
  • Assist Partners to be technically self sufficient deploying, configuring and managing ACSIA to their clients
  • Provide training and on-boarding skills to partners and customers
  • Work directly with customers, operations and engineering to research, troubleshoot, and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
  • Clearly and succinctly document communication updates with customers within our case management systems. providing customer feedback and contributing to our team knowledge base

Skills and requirements

  • A technical background in Opensource technologies is desirable with a strong emphasis on Linux Administration skills including knowledge of networking, common Internet protocols, in-depth knowledge of the TCP/IP Stack DNS, SMTP and ability to troubleshoot issues
  • Familiarity with core concepts of security incident response, e.g., the typical phases of response, vulnerabilities vs threats vs actors, Indicators of Compromise (IoCs), etc.
  • Strong technical understanding of the information security threat landscape (attack vectors and tools, best practices for securing systems and networks, etc.)..
  • Must be able to speak English fluently plus have at least one other major European language – preferably German, Spanish or Italian.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills for incident and problem management 
  • Empathetic customer engagement style and ability to see things from clients point of view
  • Work well in a distributed, fast paced and dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / M.Sc. Computer Science / Information Systems / IT Operations Management with 3 to 5 years experience in a related capacity

OR

  • 6+ years experience in a related capacity.
