After the Kyiv institutional sites, hackers target Ukrainian refugees support organisations. But almost 260,000 pro-Ukraine hackers have now enlisted Ukrainian ranks.
According to Stefan Umit Uygur, CEO of Dectar:
“The next potential 9/11 will be a cyberattack, which it would have but a much more serious impact because it would become a global attack, targeting not a single nation but the whole system.”
