Scrum Master

We are looking for a qualified Scrum Master to join our growing development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and supporting scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practices. He/she/they work closely with the product team to translate the objectives of the product owner to the development team. As a Scrum Master will be in charge of making sure new product features are delivered as planned in the company roadmap, removing any possible blocker for the delivery. He/she/they also monitor progress and performance, helping teams to make improvements and optimizing communication across the engineering team and product team. 

Job Responsibilities 

• Facilitating  the adoption of the Scrum framework, that is, illustrating the functionality of agile methodology at all levels, possibly providing opportunities for training.
• Coaching  the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge and communicates effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team
• Resolving  team blocker across team in order to increase the productivity, 
• Facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning and retrospective meeting
• Supporting  the product owner and the head of engineering  and provide education where needed
• Facilitating  discussion, decision making and conflict resolution.
• Helping the team understand the need for clear and concise product backlog items, 

Job Requriment

• +3 year of experience in a scrum master role
• Familiarity with software development
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts. 
• Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Ability to work in cross functional teams.

Nice to have

• Degree in computer science. 
• Scrum Master Certification
