We are now actively looking to expand our team and are looking to recruit a Senior Partner Manager to help us penetrate markets across Europe.

About the role

As a partner-centric company, we are targeting 80% of all sales will go through our partners, so this is a senior management position within the company. Launched in 2021, we currently offer six partnership programs, five of which are now fully operational in Italy and Turkey and being actively developed elsewhere. The Senior Partner Manager will be responsible for further developing and expanding our channel network, with a focus on specialist Security Partners and Distributors across Europe.  

The successful candidate will work closely with our Sales and Marketing functions to enter new markets with ACSIA, building ‘lighthouse accounts’ and new partners in each jurisdiction. Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent German, Spanish or Italian language skills. 

Key characteristics would be a self-motivated, highly organised and engaging personality, with excellent communication skills, preferably with some technical background and a knowledge of cyber security. This position can be based anywhere in Europe that has good transport and communications links, as it will involve travelling (post Covid) and working from home, with occasional out-of-hours work.

The successful candidate should have experience in partner management in the cloud or security industry, working with consulting (Systems Integrators, Services firms, Development Agencies) and/or technology (software companies, ISVs, cloud companies, infrastructure companies) partnerships. 

This is both a partner relationship and a revenue-generating role, reporting to the Global Head of Partnerships and working closely with the regional sales teams.  You will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with executives and sales teams in partner organisations to secure new business, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships in support of accelerating 4Securitas business across the region with Global and Regional Systems Integrators, Consulting/Development Agencies, Software Providers/ISV’s and industry platforms. 

Your Role will involve:

  • Develop, Manage and Operate the 4Securitas partner strategy in the region, aligning with 4Securitas regional business and global partner strategies.
  • Cultivate deep relationships with partners, optimise partner performance through business reviews, identify additional business opportunities to expand revenue and deploy a joint sales approach with 4Securitas top partners and 4Securitas sales and pre-sales teams in the region.
  • Co-ordinate with internal 4Securitas personnel to onboard and train partners.
  • Using CRM and PRM tools at your disposal to improve marketing and sales teams on the execution of partner programs, events, sales engagement etc…
  • Serve as an advocate for the region’s partners, identifying and promoting areas for growth through our partners.
  • Finalise operational and contracting details with prospective partners through collaboration with Legal and Finance teams.
  • Report out on a regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly cadence to all key stakeholders, with a strong analytical approach and crisp communication style.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of managing partnerships and for high-tech organisations or a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Multilingual, fluent English written and verbal as well as one other major European language (preferably German, Spanish or Italian)
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate high-value deals with a C-level audience and positively influence the outcome
  • Referenceable track record of developing and growing partnerships 
  • Professional and technical knowledge, as well as an understanding of industry trends and the key players in the competitive landscape
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.  
  • Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, highly organised and logical thinker with analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership and influencing results
  • Willingness to travel
