Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our software development team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts of our team, designing and implementing test plans, and automating test cases. You will work closely with developers to identify and troubleshoot defects, and will provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members.

Role Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You should also have experience with a variety of testing tools and techniques, and the ability to write and maintain automated test cases.
We expect you to do this daily:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans
- Design and implement automated test cases
- Lead the testing efforts of a development team
- Debug and troubleshoot defects
- Review and analyze requirements to ensure completeness and testability
- Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects
- Participate in design and code reviews to ensure quality
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior QA team members
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in QA engineering
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience with a variety of testing tools and techniques
- Ability to write and maintain automated test cases
- Fluency in English
Nice To Have
- Experience with APIs, interpreting API documentation and SDKs
- Some knowledge of cloud providers is preferred (like AWS, Azure or GCP)
- Some experience in a high-level language, preferably Golang/Python/Java and Bash scripting
- Experience with Git, GitLab, and GitHub
- Familiarity with structured query languages such as SQL
- Troubleshooting experience with AWS, Docker, and Regex
